Just received it today, was deflated and some guts spilled out, but I thought it was gonna make it. Stay in same position for few hours, so use food feeder to blow it lightly and some pieces are coming off. Is this going to die, or it will make it? Sort of deflated.

If it were me I'd order some ciprofloxacin to have on hand. That's not a cheap nem it'll be worth trying to save if it gets a bacterial infection from the damage it's got going on. Is it gripping the acclimation box with it's foot?

Any ideal where I can get some ciprofloxacin? Amazon is requiring prescription. I just checked the tank, it's gripping the box, but still a little bit deflated. I turn on the led, and it drop seem like trying to hide from the lights. It from from last night position to hanging on the wall.

I’m not saying you need it but it may not be a bad idea to have on hand incase it goes south and you suspect infection.

If it’s retracting from light, move it to a corner with lower lighting & medium to low flow. An iodine supplement will help with healing like salifert natural iodine. If you can find lugos even better. Its a good sign that it’s still trying to attach. Not attaching is a concern because it wants to search for a space it likes, begins to tumble around & running the risk of getting caught on a powerhead or overflow box. Check all your numbers, keep them up & stable. I’ve dealt with a similar problem, I tried to bring the nem out to light & strong flow but was attracted to the opposite, I gave it what it seemed to want & it heal nicely. Hope it helps.

i had a nem that looked like this and it came back with me moving it.

i put in the corner of my bin, with minimal flow and light. 24" deep, under very little T5 lighting, with flow only breaking the water surface.
it slowly inflated and came back. once it "felt" better, it moved to more light and flow.

worth a shot to try in your tank if possible, or if you want to drive it my way, i can do this same thing to this one
