Kessil A360X Not Turning on/Repair

I unplugged two of my a360x to rearrange the lighting a little bit and now only one will turn back on. Hard to believe it is broken, I have had them less than a year & barely any sign of wear/use. Anyone know what is going on or any suggestions? I tried switching power supplies from the working one to the non-working one and still does not turn on. Kessil support is non-existent

Are these possible to repair?

i'm going through the warranty/repair process. i bought another one for the time being while they were 10% off. may have an extra for sale if they can fix it
