Don't have one, but does this mean the rebuild is underway?
Yeah, I was adding water to the sump and testing the return pump and plumbing, then the ball valve was leaking pretty bad. Took it apart, cleaned it up (again) and tried to find new o rings, but no luck so far. I really wish that we would fully adopt the metric system here, as most things are made that way. I’ll try ace hardware today, but I’m guessing they won’t have them either. BRS is out of the o ring kits, so I’ll probably have to buy a new one.

I guess I should start a thread for all of my tanks. I don't think I would do 3 different ones, too much work. :D

I don't have one either. I only found a 3/4" Hydroseal brand true union in my pile.

I managed to stop the leak for now with some pipe compound, but I’ll order another valve and replace it once I get it.

@dansyr here’s the “in process” pic. I’ll take advantage of the leak testing phase to lock in the flow. Four Tunze 6075’s create a wall of water, which is what I want. I need another 20+ gallons and then I can turn on the return.
