Building your own only takes a couple of days for the silicone to cure. You make it with the baffles where you want them, how tall you want them or how many you want. This makes it easy for filter sock/pad placement, size of skimmer and depth needed for It and return pump section.
Sounds like a small system based on sump size request. That small I don’t see a refugium being in it but just a skimmer and return. So only two baffles at one end with room big enough for the return pump and high enough for the skimmer is all that’s needed setup to control bubbles from the skimmer and not create an airlock in the pump or bubbles in the tank. Something like this without the fancy sock holders. Or maybe with.
