Live Rock Recommendations

Any good recommendations on where to buy live rock? Open to online or local.

Buy dead rock. Not worth all the Un wanted hitch hikers

I always go with dead rock. If I buy it from another reefer I will give it a nice bleach bath to make sure it’s clean. Start fresh, use quarantine systems and you will run into a lot less problems

I have both the BRS dry rock and marine depot aquamax (Marco) rocks. Both work well for me and I would just get whichever is cheapest.

I have the CaribSea life rock in my tank of about 12 months for that very reason to avoid pests. But I’ve also had trouble some have described with SPS in a dry/manufactured rock tank despite stable parameters from lack of biodiversity. Sounds like I might have to wait it out for the tank to mature longer, but I was thinking live rock may jump start the tank as it has for others. Appreciate everyone’s advice for sure.
