I have an IM 30 long, AIO tank. Going to give chaeto another try after a long while. Just build an led light for the back chamber, now I just have to fill it!

chaeto is basically the go to, obviously. But if you have some other recommendation, I’ll give it a shot. (I’m particularly interested in caulerpa racemosa)

I have the following macros - LOCATION: Westminster 92683
- Caulerpa Racemosa
- Caulerpa Prolifera
- Caulerpa Fern
- Dragon's Breathe
- Gracilaria Pom Pom
- Gracilaria Red Ogo
- Blue Hypnea
- Botryocladia Red Sea Grapes
- Halimeada
- Codium Short Stem

I would go with with either Codium, Caulerpa Racemosa, or Dragon's Breath if you're looking for macros in a fuge other than chaeto.

Codium is good a refuge for pods to breed/thrive in and codium is really easy to harvest and not so messy as chaeto.

Dragon's Breath grows well and is easy to maintain and harvest. With the AIO setup you can mount the DB to a frag plug and have in the chamber on a magnetic single frag rack.

dang nice selection! I’ve had codium in my tanks and it never seems to do too well long term. It lives, but doesn’t really grow. But then again, it was locally collected and not a tropical species/variety, so idk how much of a difference that made.

I think I’m interested in a couple different ones, how much are you charging?

Yea codium is relatively easy to care for and grows well in all my tanks. I’ll give you a piece that I’m growing out and you can give it try.

Most of the macro I have is between $10-20.
