I have a sump (acrlyic), skimmer (ASM- needs a pump) and dolphin extrenal pump ready to go for a 200 gallon tank.

the sump and return pump are already plumbed. you will just need to plumb from the return pump to your tank.

the dolphin return pump is rated for 3200gallons per hour.
