Hello everyone!
The next LARS meeting will be this Sunday January 11th at 7pm. Making up for last month we will be going through all the nice Local fish stores in Socal. We will be talking about which stores are there for you and which are in it for a quick buck. Should be fun, come out and have a meal or just hang out with fellow reefers. Local clubs are a great place to network.

Everyone is welcome, bring whomever you would like to accompany you. No pressure to join or participate but we would love it if you did.

We will have our club Frag Tank set up for members to sell corals. Members will also have a chance at an exclusive free raffle. Perfect time to join as the new year has just begun. We have about a dozen LFS stores that offer discounts for members. Members also get to borrow the clubs new Par Meter!

That means nobody knows where they are on the list and nobody knows where the meter is. I've gone through this exact same "club par meter" dance and you need to absolutely post a thread dedicated to the meter and the list and where it is. What would always happen is some random dude (who usually lives in BFE) would get his hands on the meter and keep it for 6 months and everyone waiting will get pissed off. Steve said at the meet he would be down to drive to pick it up from people when they are done with it. Most normal people will just use it for a day or two and then pass it on, it's a lot nicer when more people get to use it. There's no reason to hoard the meter for a whole month between meetings.

It's not a rant just an elaborate response.
I'm sure he'll post soon. I have it at the moment.

Hey Dan, sorry I did not post the thread sooner, I have just created one. The list does help and will be updated continuously so that everyone knows where they stand. Thanks for helping me with that.
