Just an FYI to learn from my mistake. I have used the majano wand in the past with no issues. However, recently I noticed about a dozen majano anemones and aiptasia in my 70 gallon tank. So I started using it and killing them one by one. Each one takes about 3-5 minutes. After about 8 or so, I noticed the fish acting weird so I stopped. The fish affected were a Desjardini tang, yellow tang, and a fox face. Not affected were a pair of golden nugget clownfish. I transferred the affected fish to my other tanks. In the morning, I noticed that the fox face and the yellow tang had passed. :( Long story short, if using this majano wand, limit how many you do at a time. After 16 years plus, still learning.

That’s a bummer man. Sorry for your loss on fish.
do you think they released toxins or something?

Lime juice and hypodermic needle. Fast and simple.
3-5 minutes per polyp seems like a very long time.

Hmmm interesting I never had problems use a majano wand before and I wiped out at least 20 at a time, I wonder what reacted to it.

It sends electricity, so maybe too many at a time? Idk. I lost the manual with directions of usage as I bought it long time from the Marine Depot parking lot sale that they used to have in Garden Grove. The tank I used it on is 70 gallon if that makes a difference.
