I’m gonna assume I have a broken wet side, I just installed it after purchasing it a few weeks ago from another reefer

I have tried aligning it but turn it still makes the same loud noise

Sounds like washing machine and I noticed that the wet side constantly rotates when it’s on


Will Ecotech replace or will I have to just a buy a new one?

Do you have the correct spacer for your glass thickness? Have you taken it apart and cleaned it in citric acid? Ecotech dose sell the wet frame assembly by itself which has the ceramic shaft if yours is damage and the rest of the wet side is ok. They have been helpful when I have reached out to them before.

Ive emailed them and I still have not gotten a response

I purchased a new wetside and it was working fine got sold a faulty one by a member
