Nice. I have a 29 and 14 biocube. Was it a pain taking the rim off?

its been running for a about 14 months

The hardest thing about taking the rim off was pulling the rim away from the tank, i just pulled on the rim until the silicon, where one of the cuts were started, to let go and once i got it to start letting go it was just a matter of keeping upward pressure on the rim until it finally came all the way off. The corners were the hardest parts to get the silicon to release because there are big globs of it in them.
