Damn that's some bad luck right there. I'll check my garage tomorrow if you're looking to make water soon. My unit was a 150 but I knocked it back to a 75, so I may have an extra o-ring.
Not looking to make water to soon but let me know. I’m hoping Lowe’s carries these cause I can’t find any on BRS.

Ok got the membrane leak fixed, I pilfered 2 o-rings from a RO membrane Lowe’s had laying around. Pressure looks decent at 64psi- debating on if I should up it to 70psi with my booster pump.

Nice, glad you got it worked out. I got side tracked with a bathroom revamp we are doing over here.

I'm about usually 375-400 going into my membrane @ around 65 psi. That gives me around 7 going into my DI stage if that helps at all.

It does. Was just watching the BRS video on RO PSI and they’re saying 75psi is the sweet spot for 200gpd water saver unit.

Let me know your TDS when all is said and done. I was running the 150 piggyback unit but felt like the TDS wasnt as good. Could have been user error for sure though. I've dropped down to 75GPD, I want to say I was always in the teens for the 150g unit.

I’ll get those numbers later today and share them.

Just realized that I’ve never run an external fuge. How does one plumb these to where it can be removed without redoing the plumbing? I hope I’m not stuck with adding additional unwanted to plumbing to be able to add a Union any help would be appreciated.

Man that is pretty tight. Only thing I can think of would be a FTP X Slip elbow, then maybe you could fit the union on the down section? Not sure how it would seal if you went threads in on the fuge bulkhead.

Ripping some PVC to make a wire run. Used a couple of 1x2’s to build a safety cage.

Shout out to Matt @Smite for the assist on using his table-saw.

So smallish update. Working on connecting the return pump(s). The theory is to connect both the Varios (main pump) and the Ecotech together on the main return with a blank balance. If the Varios ever stops working twist the valve and you have your back up pump online already. The ecotech’s primary role is to serve the fuge and if needed in the future a reactor. Please give any thoughts/feedback. Am I over complicating the simple trying to do it this way in such a tight space?

80/20 finally arrived so I’m set on the light rack. It will mount to the panel mocked up in the drawing.

Also got my salt in so I’m getting super excited. Torn on what to do about rock. Should I go Marcos, does it leach phosphate? Should I wait on Tampa Bay Saltwater -whole I’ve reached out to- and get live rock from them? I have a full cart on BRS in preparing to pull the trigger on that also includes sand.

Rock is on kind to the tank. Picked these up today form a fellow reefer. Really stoked by the piece pictured alone, should made a nice place for some torches as a ‘floating’ island.

Just waiting on my sand from BRS due later this week

Those look like some choice pieces, looking forward to what you do with it.

I really like that neomarine salt, it's been super consistent for me and mixes clean.

Yeah I’m hoping to get a dream aquascape out of this, will likely need a few more pieces to achieve this.

I’ve never used this salt before always been a reef crystals guy my entire reefing career but got the idea to try this based on @gofor100 build.
