Sucks about the fish. But for the chiller i would go with the 1/15 because while it may be able to handle it would be on alot more then if you had the 1/15 therefore using more electricity. Jmo. Plus if you wanted to go to a little bigger tank your already saving on one piece of equipment. HTH
