I don't know if any of you remember awhile back I was going back and forth with a seller on craigslist on their 120g setup. It fell out of my grasp for awhile there but was offered back to me at the last moment so I took it. I took a pretty big gamble by going on just the pics but everything turned out better than I expected. I think I got a pretty good deal considering it included everything (all livestock, live rock, (2) a360, (2) 48" LED strips, tunze ato with 10g reservoir, skimmer, sicce powerheads with wave maker, XF150 crossflow, over 6 months worth of frozen food and dry food, extra sock filters, and dosing additives.

Finalized my aquascape and finished the mini-cycle earlier this week. Here's the FTS with just the led strips on. I'll get more pics once I clean up all the wiring. I'll bring over the Apex once I finish breaking down my 40.

SCA 120g with SCA stand and canopy
40g sump with Rio 3100+ (will definitely need upgrading)
2x Kessil a360
2x 48" LED strips inside canopy
Seaside aquatics skimmer
Tunze 3155 ATO with Trigger 10g reservoir
Icecap 3k
Maxspect xf150
2 Sicce Voyeger powerheads with Wave Surfer

So this weekend I gutted a 36" t5/mh fixture and retrofitted the t5 into the canopy. My sps seem to like the t5 much better when they were in my previous tank. They haven't responded well to the a360. Hopefully they'll color back up under this combo.

Also since I was going to be working on the canopy I thought I'd go ahead and adjust the canopy to sit a little lower on the tank. There was always that ugly gap from the bottom of the canopy to the water level. I dropped it 1.25" and now the canopy covers the water line and looks so much better. I really don't know why SCA designed the canopy to sit so high.
