I run 3 Noopsyche K7 minis on my IM 40 long AIO. Three of them can handle pretty much any SPS in that size tank, and they have good spectrum, if a bit more on the blue side--I put my whites on a bit higher.

Wow nice tank! Do you run a refugium or skimmer?

I would do a couple Quanta Pro bars. Depending on how you like it, a mix of meso blue and tropic sun, but if you like a "bluer" look, then meso blue and reef crest. I believe Luca has been working of add some features like dimming with his bars, which should be out in May. But if you want a single fixture, then RB photon v2 will do the job.

No, I only run filter floss and carbon in little sacks. Usually struggling to keep my nitrates up and phosphates have settled in the 0.06 range. I aspire to monthly 10% water changes, but it's an office tank and I get busy... I dose AFR and feed mostly Reef Nutrition from a doser in a mini fridge.

The blades and photon recommendations will make a nicer aesthetic than 3 puck LEDs on mounting arms, but hard to beat the price of the K7 minis--about $250 (mounts included) to light up the whole tank and I'm running way under 50% total power.

How many fish do you have? What kind?
Amazing that you’re doing that without a fuge or skimmer.

Had:
2 clowns
1 leopard wrasse
1 yellow wrasse
1 yasha goby
1 exquisite firefish
1 tailspot blenny
1 dusky fairy wrasse
2 pink streak wrasses

Recently:
-Lost fairy wrasse jumping through mesh
-Moved two clowns to nano b/c they were getting aggressive

So now down to 7 fish and was aiming for 12-13. None of these are the heavy poopers like tangs, rabbitfish and angels, so bioload isn't all that bad. I plan on restocking with more wrasses, at least 3-4 more. In any case, my rocks are 1/3rd Tampa Bay Saltwater and 2/3rd old Mashall Islands and Fiji rocks, so I'm not too concerned about the biofilter. The rocks also might be why the nutrients stay low. There are sponges and tunicates growing all about. AIO chambers are full of pineapple sponges.

I go light on the pellets and feed mostly ROE and Reef Nutrition pods (PacPods, not the live ones), bit of PhytoFeast and OysterFeast for the corals and filter feeders, supplemented by some TDO pellets. Feeder goes off 4x per day. I also hatch baby brine shrimp during the work week.

There are over 50 corals in there so they themselves are acting a bit like a fuge at this point.

I have a skimmer in a box if I ever need it!
