So the back of my tank is not lined up flushed. The front is lined up. Would this cause a problem down the line?

Probably not, you can drain and fill/patch with silicone. Let it cure 24hours.

My apologies, just looked at pic. Did not read. You should be fine. I thought there was an air bubble in the silicone
