Need ID PLEASE HELP

I got this rock about 1 year ago and I scrubbed the rock to remove any loose debris and removed some bristol worms. Now I have these thing grown on my rock, the white stuff looks like a cocoon for something and the green looks like some kind of algae. Any advice would be great. THANKS
