Show us the sump/behind the tank equipment room. What are you doing to control nutrients and parameters? Are you maintaining this tank yourself or have someone come in to take care of it?
I try to keep shrooms on its own little island and not let it get onto the main rock structure. With the right light and nutrients, they will take off and hard to stop.
