And a few more for good measure, one of them being my favorite species, T. noae (aka teardrop).

Again, these are for fun and just sharing. This last pic I have two maximas and my noae in isolation while I was fighting pyramid snails. It took almost a year to starve them out, but I beat those little buggers.

That 2nd to last one, with the electric blue maxima, is absolutely beautiful. This truly is your month :)

Done! Thanks for including me, even though my pic is bad :) I still have my two clams in clam cages because the CBB doesn't leave them alone! They do just fine in the cages though.

Thank you! I really need to use my Nikon one of these days, just need to buy one of the those portholes for the lens.
And thanks everyone! Once my work schedule gets back to normal, I plan on writing a small article about keeping clams and my experiences with them. I think there's a lot of misinformation out there, but there's also a lot of good info that doesn't get discussed enough.
I have to repair a leak in my overflow, which allows me the opportunity to reboot my main tank, which will only contain a handful of acropora and as many clams as I can fit in there, which was my initial goal when I set up the tank in 2017, but too many things sidetracked/derailed my plans.
Thanks to Jimbo for putting together these monthly threads, there have been some pretty amazing photos throughout each one.
For those who want to dive deeper into clams, pick up James Fatherree's book on clams, which is on Amazon or you can visit his website, which has links. He also has an amazing collection of pics (and videos) of all the main tridacna and hippopus clams. James' website.
