Was filtering through some old photos...from 2013. 40 breeder with 40 breeder sump. 1st experiment with leds...ai sol? And bare bottom. I do remember i bought some mini sps colonies....aqua cultured stuff before being labeled with those designer prices and names. One of my many bounce back tanks. If you've got some senior pics, put em up!

Here is the only photo I have of my first reef tank from 2005. It was one ghetto reef set up. Nothing like using baseboard to mount your halides to PVC. The hobby has come and long way and so have I.

Thanks for the positive outlook. Trust me it was ghetto. Especially at 11 pm when the Rio 1200 return pump wouldn't start and the sump overflowed because it was too small. I did love it. The wife was not a fan especially when I used her blow dryer to dry the floor.

The good old days when PVC fittings were cheap. It would cost me $200 PVC fittings to recreate the light mount.

This is where my heart is.. one day when we upgrade to a bigger house I may go back. This was my old 360g at my parents house. Just wasn’t ideal doing 50% water changes during a drought.
