Beware of seller.

This guy sends overnight packages that arrive in the evening. And knowing how hot it is in SoCal, you’d think this guy would package his stuff properly.

Needless to say after my Zoas arrived in boiling soup I attempted to contact this guy thinking he was good people and would kindly replace these cheap ass zoas he didn’t even ship properly.
Of course, he dismissed all blame and did nothing to mend the situation.

Thanks for your ignorance, inexperience, and ultimately your horrible character to not take care of your customers.

You’re paving the way in this hobby brother; good job.

You guys should have check the weather before shipping. Please try and communicate and work it out guys. I’m sure he can send you new replacement corals and you would maybe pay for shipping. It’s just been hot late so I wouldn’t ship. The heat is out of his control and maybe it was his bad for shipping it like that for that rate. UPS is overnight noon at that rate perhaps seller can charge more for shipping to get it there earlier or wait until it’s cooler

YEah wish this guy wasn’t ghosting me and before going on a rant definitely gave him ample opportunity to show his character.

And he did.

$60 isn’t going to make or break me so whatever.

Just wanted to save the next sucker the trouble.

WOW, whats with personal attacks. All you had to do was to follow standard DOA policy and get your money back.

You received the corals on Thursday and didn't send me a message until saturday, and no pics to show dead corals. Also, anyone who sells here, please tell us if you take responsibility for carrier delays. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one delivering or controlling the delivery. Weather that day was between 63 and 99 where most of the heat was after 12pm so my packaging was to deal with 63 low that night.

You are more them welcome to come by and get replacements and few freebies.

Yeah I will be following process to get my money back.

After your failed follow through with acknowledging dead corals, and not doing anything to mend the issue; you’ve now even shown your character more to the public by saying you’ll expend no extra energy to do anything but offer me to come by and pick up corals when you know how far I am from you.

Thanks but no thanks.

“Sorry, should have told me right away with pics. Not much I can do. Also, carrier delay probably what caused the issues.”

This is the words of a seller that really cares when you let him know what you got was DOA.

Sorry some people work in the AM and can’t wait up all night to get a package that is set up to be dropped off at the door with no signature or verification on arrival.

Yeah, like I said, you’re an inexperienced shipper and clearly do not know what you’re doing in that regard.

You shipped the package before even confirming that I wanted it to go out that night, and you also failed to take into consideration the weather and prepare for it or schedule a later delivery based on such.

So continue to dismiss all blame because hell when I sell something to someone and have to ship it to them, I just throw it in the box , hope for the best, and absolve myself of all responsibility.

Thanks again man.

Seller looks like he wants to give you money back so what’s the problem?

Seller has not and already has told PayPal he will not give money back because he is blaming shipper (UPS).

Standard blame game BS.

I wouldn’t buy from this guy folks, clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.

And I’m sure he’s retracting his poor form now because he realizes he’s an idiot who mentioned nothing about his DOA policy in his posts.

Regardless I’m done with man; he obviously is just trying to save face and has done nothing to resolve this matter peacefully.

It takes little time for PayPal to process the refund, specially after you opened a case. You have been very combative since the get go.

I'm sure people will realize how ignorant you are. When we buy or sell live corals online, both parties take part of the responsibility. DOA is offered but buyer has to do their part, inform the seller in timely manner with proof. You informed me after 48 hours and no proof and started to blame me for UPS delivering late. How can anyone in their sane mind blame the seller for package being delivered late. Then again, you have to be sane.
