This is one of my first times sharing my tank on SCR and I am sorry it has taken me so long. For those of you who do not know my system I will start off by explaining a little about my tank. It is a 400 gallon Lemar Peninsula Tank that is in the entry way of my house. All the equipment is in a fish room in the garage and for those that want to see behind the scenes I will post a video of my fish room next week. I am running a light I built myself that is T5 Hybrid Led. I have 16 4' T5 dimmable T5 bulbs on 3 zones, 5 Kessil 360WE lights down middle, and 16' of dimmable Reefbrite strips on each side. I will try and also get a video showing a little about how i mounted the light because for a Peninsula Tank it is a great way to go! To control the light and the mess of power cords is a Apex EB8 built into the fixture with 2 VDM modules. This allows just one cord for the EB8 and one cord for control. I built the rockwork myself outside the tank and it is a combination of many nice pieces of Live Rock I collected over the years and some Ceramic Pieces from Alternative Reef that just caught my eye. The Rocks sit on top of 6 closed loop inlets in the bottom of the tank. The top of the tank has 8 Sea Swirls and the system flow is 2 separate closed loop systems with Red Dragon Speedy 230 pumps. The tank is also run off one Red Dragon Speedy 230 that supplies water flow to all Reactors, Display, and Frag Tank. For added flow I have 1 MP60 on Reefcrest Mode built into the wall my tank sits against and 1 Gyre 150 that hangs on the Euro Brace.

For my October update I have added a few frags and some new Reef Toys.

I had a great time at Rap and picked up some new additions. I picked up the WD Acro and Somewhere Over the Rainbow from RacinJason and the WWC After Party and Grafted Cap from WWC, I got the Cold Fusion Cap from Jason Fox, and a large colony of Ice Fire. This month I have added Auto Water change to my system with a Genesis Renew which I have set to change 1 gallon every 2 hours. I also added a remote refugium with a Pax Bellum ARID C30 Chaeto Reactor. It is working very well and since I picked up a large bag of Chaeto from Watchguy123 at Rap I have already harvested a 5 gallon bucket full. Anyone who needs Chaeto I should have plenty every 2 weeks and I will pay Marks generosity forward.

Thank you for looking and good seeing many of you at Rap!

Whoa! It's probably been well over a year since I stopped by for that Rodi unit. You are getting great growth. Such a cool build. Nice work.

Omgeee! One question, how do you manage to leave the house? I have a hard enough time moving off my couch once I sit down and start looking at my tank. I would grow a beard sitting staring at this thing if it was in my living room lol.

Just stunning and love the rock work. I grew up with rock walls and have become very impressed as well as envious of the islands and open space. Just don't have the heart to pull out rocks and corals to transition to islands. Next tank, maybe

Looking forward to the fish room video. With a tank in the entry way, must be spectacular way to come home and open the front door. Beautiful, so beautiful--thanks for sharing the video

Awesome tank! I also love the rock work. It has inspired me to change how I want to do the rocks in my new tank.

Thanks for sharing it here!

Mike got the dimensions, 100 x 36 x 26. Thank you! I was just working cleaning glass and straining up fish room so I can get a video. I had to scrape off some thick muck, kind of glad I clean the glass every three days on the display as it cleans very easy with the flipper. I have a few race chores to take care of on my quarantine. I will try and get another episode soon.
