I just got a Iwaki MD30RLXT pump and there is a small plastic plug that fills an opening on the bottom on the pump and I can't figure out what it is for? I found manual for it on Iwaki's web site but it doesn't not mention this at all. Does anyone know what it's for? Should I leave it in place or remove it when running the pump?
