I would like to plumb a drain line, and maybe a salt water reservoir line through an exterior wall of my home.

The drain line would go from my sump to outside, into a drain line and out to the street. I would have my skimmer drain into the line, and use the drain for water changes, reducing need to carry a bucket.

I would also like to setup a mixing station outside, right behind the tank, and be able to pump new saltwater in, with the flip of a button, and have the over flow go through that drain.

Crawlspace is not an option for me, I am on a 17" thick concrete slab, so it has to go through the wall.

My exterior wall is Masonite siding.

Has anyone done this or something similar? I know how to drill a hole pretty good and am assuming I can just caulk it to fill it. Is that correct? Will I need to vent the drain line?

Sounds illegal in California...

I doubt your siding is Masonite, that stuff isn’t very waterproof. But I’d use a hole saw correct for whatever your exterior walls are constructed of. Find your studs so you don’t cut through one... which wouldn’t be the end of the world but a lot harder to cut through cleanly.

I have a small hole for my skimmer air intake. Thinking about enlarging it to run ATO and auto water change lines.

Not really. It is a long line and Ted into the ozone line going to my skimmer, so I don't think it draws a lot of air.
