Purple Tang white lump?

Hi guys any idea what this is? It’s around the anal area. It’s eating like a champ and been QT and no signs of ich

Looks like lymphocystis to me. Some clearer photos would help with ID. Lymphocystis is harmless unless on the gills or mouth and goes away on it's own. Which is good because there is no treatment besides good nutrition, water quality and low stress conditions. Manual removal is possible on larger fish.

/Could also be anal prolapse but I'm leaning toward lymphocystis due to the color.

It’s looking like lymphocytes, which can be removed manually. If it’s anal prolapse, you might want to look into the diet that you’re giving the tang.
