So quick question, if my fish has been in a copper QT tank and I want to throw him in my reef tank would that affect it? Second if I have an unwanted fish, what the hell do I do with it lol

Have you reduced the copper in the qt appropriately? You can't just throw a fish from a copper rich qt tank into a normal tank. Unwanted fish you either get a fish trap or go fishing with a barbless hook.

501 BTW.....haters, hah!

You either sell/trade your fish to local reefers, take it to a fish store and trade for credit, donate to a local club, or give it away.

I would drop copper concentration gradually over the course of a week with WC. you could sashimi or give away your unwanted fish to a new member

Ahh okie dokie. Thanks! So when people have like their QT tanks running 24/7 how do they even accomplish that? just consistently do water changes? And its just a Neon Damsel NBD like a 1.5 incher.
