I heard this talk. The take away was balling method over 2 part due to the lack of all the minor in the 2 part only. Over time much of your atmosphere mass would be less and less what it needs to be

I don't think he talks about minor elements in here much. Maybe mixing it up with another ?
At the very end of this talk he discusses the corals poor mechanism to uptake PO4. That Is what I was referring to in my previous post.

I am so the school of thought of lower nurturing levels are better. If the salt is high in alk states before, that would go against uln system. I’m fairly sure he mentions the over time defect of 2 part in this talk and much more. Nutrient levels and food availability I believe are often misunderstood and used interchangeably.

I do currently use the salt and have used it before on my old tanks It mixes pretty fast at least for 5gallons worth of water no complaints with it except for its price but I’ll keep using it
