Radion xr15 G4 Pro - here is what I’ve done so far
* lights were turning on and off then completely shut off
* connected to eco smart live
* successfully checked for firmware upgrade
* lights were not showing as available device in eco smart live
* ran a factory reset through connection manager
* set up new aquarium, lights showed up briefly then were gone and couldn’t be programmed
* all three buttons on unit were flashing - manual s means lights only bein glowered by usb - ran through trouble shooting steps for this
* reset everything again...still nothing
* power is definitely connected. I’ve tried an alternative outlet and power source to confirm
* when I disconnect from usb all the buttons on the light stop flashing and lights are not on though they are plugged in. None of the buttons work.
* the lights themselves never came on in this process...not even a flash...only the buttons when connected to USB

I am guessing the problem is the cord but wanted to check here first for any other ideas.

Cord or board problem in the light. Hard to say. Should be able to test power coming out with a volt meter

Thanks for the reply. Power coming out of the light? Or the cord to the light? How would I check that?

Cord to light. I apologize I don’t know what they look like to tell you where to test. I would just assume there is a connector where power should be testable just before the light.
