Hows it going Fishyfingers ? Red slime sucks. Sorry to hear about the clam. I have used chemi-clean before, I followed exact instructions and the slime was gone within 24-48 hours never came back. Good luck

I had some issues also but I kept siphoning them out and doing constant water changes. Eventually it disappeared on its own. I am a little scared to put chemicals into my tank. Ive heard a lot of good experiences with chemi clean, but also a few bad ones

Yeah I know what your saying did a lot of research on the web heard some good and bad. Most common thing I seen over and over was not to exceed dosage, follow directions to the tee and although chemi-clean is a quick fix it is not the solution check water parameters.. But since I used it has never came back and corals are fine. So far so good. This is my own experience with the product.
