Coming from someone who sold, ppl did not want to buy unless it had a name. This includes things like clams. Many ppl asked if we had any named clams.

dry good vendors come to talk and get feedback from customers, or do in person customer service. Only locals like seaside will be selling.

I heard from the earlier ppl that the swag was pretty good, but i guess thats subjective, media reactors was a one time thing, don't see that happening again.

Crowded is good, means vendors will come again. If it was dead, i would really consider not selling at the show next year.
I'm not saying I didn't find ah
Just out of curiosity why is rap not doing it out of OC fair ground no more?
Ow about bringing it back to Ontario, like way back

You probably went valet that’s why got to go self park
Negative, self park... attendant at the ticket dispenser was redirecting to adjacent structure unless you had a hotel reservation. I arrived around 11:30am, $18 up front cash to park.

I'm not saying I didn't find anything good or didn't enjoy myself. Just saying it was mediocre, nothing new livestock wise , that you can't get locally. I know mostly local sellers.
My biggest thing is the crowd. A bigger venue would of been alot nicer.
The last 2 hours of both days are fairly dead. FYI for future reference.
i was there an hour early and stayed till close..... Different venue needed, bigger more breathing room. Ontario Convention center or something like that..... Just saying

Speaking as a vendor once again, everyone will bring what they believe will sell, which tends to be what is popular or in. Locally we are spoiled, so yeah.

it was a good show... if its packed thats a good thing for the customers and vendors.... without the vendors coming back every year we will not have a show... the bigger the venue the bigger the cost and ticket prices will reflect that. knowing us cali follks we dont like to pay more for stuff.. i go to the show to talk to reefers and browse the latest innovation and see the hottest corals out there... i think the hotel is a great spot for everyone especially those reefers with family... i sent the wife to disney while i enjoyed the show... it get those out of state reefers to come to the show with their family since there is other things in the area to do beside just the show... its easier to get approval from the wifey when you tell them there is disney or shopping for them. just :)

Reef-A-Palooza has never been in Ontario. You are probably thinkin of CFM.

We are always looking for ways to improve the show so thanks very much for the feedback.
Well I went to a reefapalooza at the Marriott in Ontario, CA about 10 years ago. 🤭 so unless they changed "owners/sponsers" I don't know what to tell you. Ask the Store "The Mystic Reef " they are the ones that told me about it way back when....who knows, but I've been to 5 RAPs, as a customer not a vendor.

Now that I think about it, maybe you are right. I could be wrong maybe it wasn't rap 🤫 if I'm incorrect I apologise.

I got this too, almost left. Think I should have when I seen others were parking down the road a bit further for free.
