has anyone bought from Aqua cave and tried to return stuff.
since they have sold so many of these units and i am one of a few that are unhappy with it , i need to make a video to prove it doesn't work as advertised

i am being told that i cant not send it back due to not being happy with it
seems every other reefing site takes back stuff so why not Auqacave

That is crazy to say, amazing they won't stand behind their products. It is past the return time? Are they going to give you extra back to make a video

Sounds like we should make a aquacave review as they don't sound great.

that's my issue. its used but doesn't work as described. i would think that would fall under "defective return" policy but in their eyes, its a big no

Time to find a new vendor if they cannot give you a store credit. Have you tried reaching out to the MFG?

with the little research I've done, I cannot find any information on ITC website of the time frame it will take to delete the inhabitant.

Last resort is selling 50-75 under resale and recoup some $$$ back

so here's an update.

the Reef Delete works but it is not as quick as they say. you have to do the same ones at least 2-3 days in order for them to truly die.
this is ok is you have a smaller tank but for larger than 200 glas or deeper than 24" its kind of more work than a Majano Wand or Kalk

with having a large tank, its truly more of a headache to use this than the old school Kalk way

if anyone is interested, ill sell it for 300.00

so my trial and error on my 300 gal display will save you 100 bucks and shipping time
