I/we will be there.. We have the option to get a booth for SCRM, but I'm not 100% sold because I don't want to be nailed to the booth all weekend and I dont think our members would want that either... Been there done that a few dozen times ..
I do happen to know of a party being hosted by SCRM on Friday..... Or was that supposed to be a secret??
I also know there is something special being handed out to SCRM paid members on Friday too... Saturday for those who cant make Friday... But hopefully you all can.......

This is always a great event. Seeing old friends and making new friends. I am working at the CoralVue booth all weekend but looking forward to seeing everyone.
The Friday night party is going to be a smash.
When thinking about this year compared to the last few years there should be a noticeable change in the mindset. The last few years there was big gap of not seeing many people.there was always the comment we need to get together and talks about the old meetings which were no more and on line.
This was a key motivation last year after the show to start things back up and go a different direction. I think we were a little unorganized at first but I think we got it going now and I want to thsnk all that supported the new club as only moving forward and. Lt looking back.

Is there going to be tanks reps there?
Saltwateraquarium.com said they will have a discount on Innovative Marine tanks. I plan on ordering the IM 170 Ext and stand.
Aren't all of IM's larger tanks permanently "on sale" when purchased directly? Or would SWA's discounts be on top of the already discounted price from IM?
From my understanding there is a show discount. My experience with Saltwateraquarium at the show has been great. They have always given discounts for website orders place with them at the show. Cash is helpful too.

Anyone know how much is parking?
The website says $56 a day, $46 for 4 hours.
Parking at the Hilton convention is $47 a day
Disney parking lot across the street $40 a day
Garden Walk first hour is free; $4 hour after
Spothero dot com $21-$26

wow. I was going to say at least $25 for parking. I hated going to RAP because just going in I was already down parking and ticket fees. dont let this be a deterrent. see me (LA Corals) and I'll do my best to hook you up. let me know you're on socalireefs and/or SCRM member. I got you.
I got parking for $21 for the day right across from the convention center by prebooking it.
