Edit 8/18/22: See last message, closing group order since we have hit max capacity. Thanks!

Starting a group buy to split the cost of overnight UPS--totally worth it for alive-on-arrival inverts. Pretty good selection currently.

Please let me know if you want to join the group buy. I am targeting delivery early in week of 29th Aug. If we get a group of 4, that's <$12 shipping per person. Thanks!

P.s. My protocol is that shipment arrives at my office in Irvine. I check all alive arrivals and report on final cost + split shipping. If needed, I will acclimate inverts (e.g. if snails in one bag need to be split between orders).

You can pick up in my Irvine office near Spectrum or I can drop off in south OC on the way home from work. For other areas, dm me to discuss.

Repayment can happen after we get final tallies of alive deliveries to your tank. Thanks!

Thanks everyone, looks like we've got a great group buy gearing up! I've put in my order.

Tentatively, we are planning to ship on Monday, August 29th, for arrival at my Irvine office on Tuesday, August 30th--usually arriving by 10am. I get all the inverts in their bags set up comfy and start tallying alive-arrivals (30-60 min), then ready for pick-up. I'll acclimate if needed and try to get out early if possible for sourth OC deliveries.

FYI, if you haven't tried a pitho crab, tons of fun. I'm getting a second one. My first one is a horrible CUC, because I keep feeding it nori--just too funny how it immediately unearths itself once the nori is in the tank, and will come right up to me to grab it and drag it back down under the sand. He/she sometimes gets so excited it falls over on its back while trying to get to the nori.

I wish we can do something like this in the inland empire.
