I was given a rodi unit baracuda 100gpd the restrictor was messed up so I replaced the back flush with built in restrictor(BRS). Membrane(New) is seated correctly all seals are good. I have a cp8800 booster pump which I also got at brs pressure still does not climb above 40 psi. Tds out of the membrane is 99 to 105. My city of Victorville does not use cloromines per their report. I installed a valve before the first di to build pressure, My filters start with sediment, 5 micron carbon, 1 micron carbon, membrane, cation, anion, then mixed bed. My anion will get depled in about 60g. I feel like the membrane is not rejecting TDS.

Look up diagrams online make sure everything is in the correct order. Also did you increase the booster pump pressure with the set screw on the top of the pump?

Booster can only be turned down. I hooked up the booster to my friends rodi and it built pressure good. Not sure why mine is more free flowing.

I saw you put the flush restrictor from brs, make sure there also isn’t a capillary flow restrictor installed inside the waste line coming out of the membrane

The membrane may not be seated properly, which would cause a few issues. It sounds like the lines might be mixed up somewhere too, do you have a diagram to double check the lines?

Is your booster pump adjustable? I would work on getting to ~60+psi and then troubleshoot other issues if any

I took the tds meter off the di and tested the tds coming out of the faucet and its reading 105. Coming out of the membrane it's 103 what the heck is this thing missing.
