SCRK Meeting- Sunday, May 18th 6pm Age of Aquarium

Hey SCRK!

The next Southern California Reef Keepers meeting will be Sunday, May 18th, 2014 at 6:00pm at Age of Aquariums in Signal Hill! We are still working on a speaker and will update the thread once we have confirmed. This month we will be raffling off a $100 gift certificate to Age of Aquarium along with Salt, corals, and Dry goods.

There will be food, drinks and snacks, along with a frag tank for members to buy, sell or trade corals. So if you are a member and have anything you would like to sell, bring it with you. You do not need to be a member to buy just to sell. Membership is just $25 a year.

You don't have to be a member to attend the meeting so come on out!

When: Sunday, May 18th, 2014
Where: Age of Aquarium
2642 Cherry Ave, Signal Hill CA

Time: 6pm-9pm

Remember Age of Aquarium will be giving all members 15% off of all live goods and 10% off of all dry goods.

So if you have never been out to one of our club meetings or it has been a while since the last time you were out you wont want to miss this one.

SCRK has a few open positions within the club and we are looking for people who would be interested in becoming President, Vice president and website manger.

President- Run the club, plan meetings and contact sponsors for donations.
Vice President- Help plan and run meetings.
Web manager- keep website up to date and current with club information.

If you have a few hours a month to spare and are interested in one of these positions let us know. We are looking to fill these ASAP. Remember board members get free membership and a lot of other perks.

what's the web manager's tasks requirements? is he/she going to actually code in the pages? or just writing entries / photos / etc?

Excellent. I'll let you be the judge on the polyps... they are similar to Sunny D but next to each other they are different and a little more color.
