I have a Hamilton fixture with T5s the bulbs are single ended screw in I would need the same for the fixture and I’m not sure what ballast they are just 2 big black metal boxes

do the say M80 on them anywhere? if so, they are HQI. the hammelton M80 is the gold standard for HQi ballasts. that said, the electronics weigh about 1/3 as much, run cooler and use 25% less electricity. I have 2 select-a-watt Lumatech I'll bring if anyone is interested, the are 250/HQI/400/ 400-super bright

They say M58. I’m assuming I would have to run all new ballast for the Radium’s which is a bummer.

They will run on a M58 ballast but they will start having trouble firing within a year most likely and you will not run them to their full potential.. you would be best served running another lamp look at my WTS thread. I've got a bunch of lamps for sale. I think the 2 HQI ballasts already sold but that galaxy 25o will run them just fine. you'd just have to find one more ballast.
