Hello group. I deeply apologize I’ve been super busy at work and haven’t been able to get the time off to put on a meeting. But do to a work related injury last week I’m restricted to a 40hour M-F schedule. So let’s do a meeting this month

Torn hamstring. It was really bad about 6 weeks ago. But Pepsi says I’m a liability if it tears all the way while I’m driving.
This was the bruise three weeks after I tore it

Looked so much worse in RL. I’m just frustrated cause they put on Light duty, cut my hours, and restricted me from working out at home. I was really starting to bulk up and then my ham popped when I was stepping out of the truck.
