So I've had my tank goin for about 4 months and got a pair of clowns 2weeks ago. Smaller one was ate by the anemone. Picked up a black clown nxt day and a week later he died. Clean up crew took care of him since I was gone when he died. Now the OG clown looks like he has ich. He is a picky eater so I've been giving the clown prawn roe soaked in garlic. Salinity was high(1.028)so I changed out a gal with RO water today. All parameters are fine as well . PH 8.2-8.4 temp 78-80 degrees ammonia, nitrate, nitrate 0. 24 gal nano with aquatic life 115 skimmer PC lights, 20lbs of rock. (I know I need about another 6lbs. or so) corals, zoas, anemone and clean up crew are doing fine. Been reading up on some reef safe ich medication but it doesn't seem people have any good revues on it. Any info would be appreciated.

Do you have any other fish in the tank? Did you get all of the fish from the same store?

How often do you change your water? Other than high salinity it seems fine, is it possible some other type of contaminate made its way into your tank? What type of anemone?

I had decent luck with Kick Ich, but a lot of people don't have luck.

Only fish in the tank. I got the pair at reefapolooza and the black clown at my local fish store. I've been Doin water changes bout every 2-3 weeks and top of with RO water when it get low. I belive it is a Green Tipped Condylactis Anemone. The clown used to host it but now that it is sick it stays away from it. Belive the clown is losing its slim coat so now it's being stung.

Do smaller and more water changes. Make sure temp is the same and lower you salinity to 1.024. You might be having salinity spikes or temp swing.

If you do a water change every week nothing would die unless your RO is contaminated.
