Im debating whether or not to keep the sidebar on. The sidebar is what you see to the left of the forum and chat box I like the look, but by keeping it on, looks like the page have some alignment problems. What do you guys think?

only thing i have a problem with is useing the scroll wheel on my mouse makes the chat box scroll instead of the page when i go over it. i wish that could be disabled some how, and just be able to click on the arrow to go up and down in the chat window.

I'd take it off if you could make the upper nav bar more user friendly. I don't know how the rest of you get access to the chat box, but pushing the forums link over there is how I pull it up. The one thing that does bother me is the height of the chat box. It is too short.

Being a forum admin myself (elsewhere) perhaps I'm slightly biased, but I say keep it. It looks ok when it's on a thread page, though the home page needs to have the center modules adjusted so it doesn't push the right modules over.

While I personally don't get a lot out of it, if someone else does then it's worth it. I had a feature on my forum that a handful out of a hundreds of members ever used. Of course the minute I removed it those few members acted as if the rug had been pulled from beneath them. Turned out that a feature that held some benefit to a slim few was better kept as opposed to going with the majority rule. As long as it doesn't hurt to have it then leave it.

This is a good perspective. Perhaps some of my reasoning was because many people seem to have issues where they are needing to use the scroll bar on the bottom to see some screens when the sidebar is there.

It doesn't hurt me; I could go either way, really. It was nice to hear your view, though. Very understandable...
