i'd love to have a tang in my 60g, i was wondering if a small yellow tang would be ok? i know eventually it'll outgrow the tank and then i'll have to find it a new home. also i want to make sure it won't be mean to my other fish, a pair of clowns and a mandarin. thanks!

Should be fine .. yellow tangs are semi-aggressive, but it only tend to be aggressive toward fishes with similar shape. It's peaceful toward other small peaceful fishes, at least mine is :). Unlike mine Blue Hippo Tang, he's suppose to be a peaceful fish but harrass any other tang that I put in the tank, he's really peaceful with small fishes though.

Putting a small yellow tang in a small tank could be a good thing especially if you are married.
About three years ago, I put one in my 30 gallon cube. So when it got to about 3.5", I told the
commander-in-chief (my wife) the tang is getting too big for the tank and we have to trade or sell
it. My wife, who fell in love with the tang, told me to get a bigger tank instead. I am now in the
process of plumbing my new 120 gallon.

Haha .. that's good strategy :D
I wonder which tang I should buy now for a 400-500g upgrade in the future. :loldude:
