But noobs don’t have the patience. Most noobs I run into are like I want this and this and this and this now. I don’t have time to wait. I know I was like that as well.

true, I'm not one who has patience but learning along the way with my stick collection. Since I don't take pictures I can't tell how fast they are growing on a monthly basis.

Id say getting a running list (maybe cap it at 30 ppl), decide on buy in (coral cost), and additional funds for pot. Later time frame and rules everyone will follow
