My tank is 100% sps so I’m able to run the high par and flow that I run. It’s a 3’x2’x2’ tank with 2 mp40’s running at 80%.

Par at the bottom is low 300’s
Par at top of rock structure is high400’s to low 500’s

Alk 8.5
Cal is kinda high right now at 480-500
Mag 1400

No idea on PAR. I have an AI 64HD on a 2x2 tank.

I shoot for:
pH 8.3
Alk 8.5
CA 420 ish
Nitrate 5 or below
Phospate .03-.05
Mg 1200-1500

I also supplement iodide, and boron.

I've been having problems with alk consistency lately, but I stay pretty close to there. After some equipment malfunction my Alk as at 5.1 early in the month, but things are coming back. Hopefully switching to the Trident tomorrow so things will be more stable. Anytime there is a swing I lose so much color so quickly. 24 hours to brown, 3 months to color back up.

Haven’t tested par in a while- but I should be at about 350ish at top of rocks and 150-200 at sand.
I’m running Aquatic Life 48” 4-bulb T5 hybrid with 4 AI pime lights. For t5 bulbs I run all blue Plus.

alk 9
Cal 440
Mag 1350

ph - since I added CaRx ph has dropped. I’m about 8.0 on average, but would live to hit and stay at 8.3+

no3 10(ish)
Po4 .01

I’m getting ready to add a kelk stirrer to help increase PH.

this tank is still fairly young- mixed sps/lps

Alk 8.7 I try to keep it between 8 and 9. Alk consumption isn’t very high so feels kinda easy. One plus of slow growth 😂

nitrate 14.3 I try to keep in that area. Ive had it super high though. High n/p doesn’t seem to kill stuff ime, but probably stunts growth for sure. At least with the stuff I tend to like, new age tenuis and what not might not be a fan

phosphate 0.22 I’d like it lower, like < 0.1 but I feed a lot and have a ton of fish so I’m kinda content with slower growth. This is the lowest it has been in a long time. For awhile I was rolling with like 0.9 which may be the max high range for the Hanna checker lol

pH I don’t test for. I do add kalkwasser and try to keep doors and windows open when possible

calcium I rarely test for, my last triton was 446

mag I don’t test for, last triton was 1336. I use regular IO so I just add a shot of magnesium sometimes

potassium I test for sometimes, I aim for at least 400 there. 418 was my last result

I add iodine and strontium here or there, triton tests seem to reveal I’m not overdoing them. Last tests were strontium 13 and iodine 48, strontium being a bit high and iodine around average

par I tested with other lights, not with what I have now.. I use 3 g5 xr15 pros on a 4’ tank at mostly max, I’m guessing it’s adequate but could be more. It’s next on my list of things to tinker with on the tank, hoping to be 200-400 in the entire tank

and my tank is still quite new and frags only, nothing I’d really call mini colony status even
