wheres the best place to place a new sps frag or colony? i run 2x175 MH 20k, and 4x80 t5. :mullet:

In the perfect spot on your rockscape. Many advocate starting low and acclimating to your tank. But your 175 watts are unlikely to overwhelm most any sps. I have 250's which is not a big step up from yours and I have always placed frags where I thought they would look best (without light acclimation).

When I buy new SPS, I try and match what light they are coming from if at all possible.....
