yeah, I agree the term high flow can vary and have a wide definition since we all have different size tanks, scapes, and coral placement. the more acro we add/have in the tank. the more flow needs to be adjusted for to create that random/alternate flow without tearing their flesh off.
At times, during nutrient transport mode. the flow moves my rock scape back and forth. I think I should level the main structure on of these days. haha
