last year we had a slab leak and had to redo the floor, walls and cabinets. Almost a year later, we got the money together to replace the appliances to match the cabinets and it looks fantastic. Photos, prices and description of WTS appliances below, this photo is just me flexing our new kitchen 
For sale:
French door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser RF27T5201SR . This is an amazing refrigerator. Tons of room and it is Beautiful. We paid over $1,600 3 years ago. $420
stainless steel range and microwave are close to the top of the line Kenmore. I’m sure there are some scuffs on them if you look hard enough but they look great and I’m fairly picky. Heavy cast iron grills, convection and all the bells and whistles you would want. Fully functional with 2 exceptions: right rear simmer burner is some tins a little slow to light on the range. The microwave top bezel is a little lose.not much of an issue except it occasionally slightly catches on the door. I didn’t even notice but my wife did. $350 for the range/microwave set.
Bosch dishwasher. Sold performer. Gets dishes ultra clean and so quiet you probably can’t even tell if it’s running without getting your ear close to it. The coating on one of the racks is starting to fail but those are replaceable. $250
This stuff all works great. This is not the cheep fall apart stuff you get at amazing prices, this is the good stuff, built to last. We had our kitchen redone a year ago we just replaced it all with white stuff from costco (see last photo not for sale), which actually isn’t even as nice as the stainless appliances we are selling but it does match our cabinets. Several 501 (c)(3)’s will give us tax receipts (and they will pick the stuff all up at once) but I’d like to offer it to a neighbors if it’s something that would help them. $650 is what I would expect to save on 2025 taxes with the donation receipts.
