7 yays to 0 nays out of total of 17 active contestants. We will need 2 more votes of yay to pass. Or 9 nays to fail.

One way or the other let’s get this moving folks!

ok, we have majority vote in favor of rebuy-in to be locked out by May 31st.
Djrice please proceed and coordinate with Bob and Jose for your restart.

Bigpaul and lespaulplayer, please speak out your intentions based on this new ruling.

Waitlisters please coordinate with Jose or bob for availability of space/frag.

Since the events have lead to this point, i think we should consider filling up the 20 spots. I think the disadvantage of coming in late is sufficient penalty for those who are still willing to enter this competition. Please voice your concerns or objections if you find this direction we are heading towards objectionable.

Sorry guys I've gotten busy with work, Lets have @djrice69 rebuy, only rebuys are till the end of May 31st. Or when frags run out, whichever comes first.

For people that are on the wait list, they can take the spots of people that didnt participate.

I say nay. I think it defeats the purpose of the contest. I had no acclimation Besides it floating in my DT for 6+ hrs, while I was at work, threw that sucker straight into the tank. After all, with this whole virus deal, it should be survival of the fittest.

What if the second chancers had to pay $55 or even $75? So instead of $5 going to the pot $20 or $40 added to pot. If the $40 buy back in I say nay but a $55 buy back I’d say yay. Gotta pay to play.

But it isn’t a game of poker, it’s a contest, no?

9. if your coral completely STN then you are out of the competetion

DOA policy buahaha!
Isn’t that usually like a two hour window with a picture of the coral in the bag?
Hey guys, let’s not make an already complicated situation worse. We had a few guys who rtn early but desired to continue to participate. It turned out that a precedence was set so we voted to open it to everyone in need of a life line before May 31st. This is obviously not the way things should be and I fully understand people that don’t like exceptions, but no real harm was done. These people have to pay twice and sweeten the pot a little, are about 2 weeks late, also if any other contestant habe issues with their frag this month also have the chance to restart. The people who are doing well are still leading. I don’t think anyone would like to trade spots with people who have to start over. I am really hoping we see that this is a fun competition amongst reefing brothers that will bring us closer and not farther apart.

After May31, we will not have any more rule changes and continue forth with rules initially laid out by bob except maybe we can amend the Photos once a month Is everyone really cares about that.

just my 2 cents.

Really really hoping everyone comes to their senses and just roll with the fun. No one has been really hurt by this and we know next time as Bob had suggested from the get go, no changes to the rules.
