So recently bought a Sunny D frag off a reefer on here.

Needless to say there were a handful of aiptasias growing on it.

Since I am not a fan of having pests in my tank nor have any predators of aiptasia currently, I've decided to give this away to someone today or the trash.

Pick up in 92335.

Have you tried removing the polyps from the infested frag plug & glueing the polyps to a small piece of rock? Would be a shame to toss the frag when there’s a solution that is not to difficult to do. Plus it’s good skills to have in this hobby.

Gone.

The aiptasia was growing on the inside of the frag and was actually attached directly on a polyp as well.

Was going to frag the side but really not interested in doing when the person who just picked up will enjoy a mini colony of over 10 + polyps :)

@Sammyr3

Might want to check your frags of aiptasia before you attempt selling again sir.

Or at the very least, let people know there are pests on the frags you are going to sell.

Hey sorry about that bud, I’ve had them in my tank and thought I got rid of them. You could have reached out to me and brought them back I would have gave you your money back.
