Typically anything more than three colors on a shirt would prolly range you 11 bucks each. Black and white is typically an ideal price if you want to keep prices low for members.

Is that including time for color separations? I have seen that upwards of $60/Hr. I think anything 5 colors or less is optimal. Also, images that were not designed for print to begin with are hard to print in high quality as well. Even with a high DPI scanner it will not be a crisp print in some cases. Vector art is the best for high quality, low cost shirts.
I know quite a few people with screen shops, and I believe Conner does as well.
