Tang has growth on its belly.....

Hi, looking for some help..... This growth happened over night. It's right under his pelvic fins. He's eating and swimming normally. No signs of irritation or scratching. Something I have to treat or worry about???

Now he's totally hiding and not eating =(. How did this happen in less than 24 hours???? =(

Bacterial infection or internal parasites? How long have you had the fish?

Hey. Have you tested your water parameters? NO3, NO2, PH, TEMPS, etc? Any new additions or recent changes to the tank? Looks like a prolapsed anus, indicating that it’s an internal infection. Another thing is that I am seeing some white spots on its body but can’t be sure of it because I can’t tell if it’s on the tang or debris or just noise on the photo. Also, does any other tank mate showing any stress signs around their eyes or fins?
