Tank is looking awesome man.
I still have that older Nikon body I bought off you years ago if you want it back. You'll need a lens for it but you could get that fairly cheap at Tuttles or some used camera shop.

Sorry for the windex picture but happy to report that after 4 or 5 separate tries, my attempt at keeping and growing Blue Hypnea has finally been successful. It has now attached to live rock and growing in nicely.
Also happy to report that sargassum somehow attached to my hob filter and is growing as well.
Fun fact: Sargassum macroalgae is a brown algae that floats on the ocean's surface in island-like masses and never attaches to the seafloor.

how funny..we live so close to each other but i, too, enjoy seeing thread updates on your tank. i would visit more often but my schedule and my stupid allergies to your cats keep the old Tangwichito away lol

Those corals look pretty stressed, Jesse. I think that you should rehome them to me so I can give them a proper habitat? Also, how are those ugly gigs doing? You’re bored of them yet? lol
